Defective device - Removal

The shipping box contains detailed instructions that explain step by step how to remove the device.

This step can also be carried out by a plumbing fitter in your area.

Pack and send in the device

Place the defective device in the box and send it back to us - shipping is of course free of charge and the return label is enclosed.

Wait for repair

We will take care of the repair of your device, which usually takes about 3 - 5 working days..

Repaired device - installation

Once you have received your device, nothing stands in the way of reinstallation. Installation instructions are enclosed.

This step can also be carried out by a plumbing fitter in your area.

We offer you the option of using a service technician or carrying out the installation yourself when installing our products. Please note the following points:

Service technician: If you opt for installation by our service technician, we grant a 2-year warranty on the functionality of the product and the installation.

Self-installation: If you carry out the installation yourself, a limitation of liability applies. This means that we accept no liability for any damage that occurs during or after installation. However, a 2-year warranty applies to the functionality of the product.

We recommend that you only have the installation carried out by a specialist to avoid possible risks.
